My name is Lucy Marina Francisque and I currently hold the
office of Ways and Mean Co Chair. I am the Property Office
Manager for the Verizon site located at 960 Northpoint Pkwy,
Alpharetta, GA. I am happily married for 20 years and am the
mother of three. I have spent most of my adult life volunteering
in neighborhoods in crisis. I have been the Vice President
of a Youth Football program in the inner city of Newburgh, NY.
Then later on in Queens,NY. I mentored young women from the
age of 13-17 for Y Teens. I later became the only minority
Board member and Director of Special programs for the Tender
Loving Care Foundation, in New York. This foundation raised
over $900,000.00 for all of the NICU wards in the Northshore
Hospital system. I have been a resident in Georgia for 2 years
now and have grown to love it. I live in Roswell and became a
member of CITE to help our Atlanta communities in need. I am
looking forward to creating change for the better for the youth
and at risk families of this great city.

Natasha Ayres serves as Cite-GA Parliamentarian elect. She has
been a member of the Consortium Information Telecommunications
Executives Georgia Interest Group/ Chapter since 2005.
As a member she has served on committees and previously held
the position of Secretary of the Cite- Georgia interest group.
Natasha is currently a Project Specialist for the Global
Operations Strategy and Process team. Her main focus as a
Project Specialist is improving on Global Operations Work
Processes initiative for Verizon Business. She started her Telecommunications career as a Technical specialist with MCI
WorldCom 7 years ago. Over the last 7 years Natasha has held
various positions with increasing responsibility. In September
2006 after one year as a contractor with Verizon, she was hired
as the supervisor of the Advanced Service Repair Center which handled maintenance for various Long Distances
services supported by Verizon.
Natasha is a native New Yorker and former athlete. Currently,
she assists her husband as Assistant Track and Field coach at
the local high school. She is also pursuing her Masters
Degree in Project Management.

Brooklyn, NY, but have been a resident in Georgia for

Charlene Crumbly serves as CITE-Georgia Membership Vice-Chair. She is currently a Financial Planning
and Analysis Specialist for Verizon Business. In her role she is the main analyst for term plan
compliance and financial dispute resolution for AT&T accounts.
Charlene joined the company in 2000 as a Financial Reporting Analyst. She later held other functions
which improved corporate earnings from operations through reduction in telecommunication line costs.
Her commitment to her team has earned her Ovation awards and many other accolades.
Charlene is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida A&M University (FAMU) where she earned her
Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration.

Eb Nana Karikari serves as Public Relation Chair for CITE – GEORGIA. He joined MCI in 2005, as a
Financial Analyst. Prior to joining MCI, he worked as a consultant for United Technical Systems.
Mr. Karikari studied at Philander Smith College (a small historically black private college) in
Little Rock Arkansas and completed his undergraduate work in Computer Science and Business
Administration in 1998. He was born in Tema, Ghana and is very fluent in English, beginning French
and several African languages. He is an “Ashante”, a Ghanaian tribe where CITE got their symbols
for the logo. He and his wife, Tamea have a beautiful daughter called Alexis. His interests are
Community Work, Charity, Politics, News, Documentaries, Sports, Travelling & Tours, and Research.
